Postage within Australia
Postage in Australia for most items is $6.50, with each item after that costing an additional $1.00.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally however we ask that you contact us with your order before purchasing, to enable us to choose the best and most economical way to ship your items to you. We will then send you a postage quote, and once approved, we will set up a custom shipping option that suits you. You will then have four working days to place and pay for your order.
Postage Extras
Express Post and Registered Post options are available under the Postage Extras category.
Please note we ship from a rural area, so your parcel may not arrive the next day even if you choose the Express Post option, however we will endeavour to have your parcel on it's way as soon as possible to ensure it reaches you quickly. Registered Post is available for only $3.05 extra and is recommended on larger orders.
Payments
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.If you require another payment option such as direct deposit, please contact us for more information. We do not accept money orders or cheques.
Return Policy
We do not give refunds or exchanges, so we ask that you please choose carefully before ordering. Each garment is handmade with care and attention to detail, to ensure you receive a high quality and faultless piece of clothing. We will not send you any faulty or damaged products. We will package your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, however if your order should happen to be damaged or lost in transit, Robintail will not be liable. If you are concerned about either of these extreme possibilities, we recommend you add the registered post option to your order. If there are any problems with your order, we ask that you contact us immediately upon receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
